Calvin Harris Interview

I'm not one of those people who used to sing for their mom’s friends after dinner, and I wasn't a child prodigy where people went, "Oh, listen to his wonderful voice," because I couldn't sing. You can tell on the record I'm struggling, but obviously then, on the equipment I was using, I didn't have auto tune. If I could have done that I probably would have. The reason I started singing was because I couldn’t find anyone else to sing, and that was the truth.

Interview with the real Charlie Wilson

I really do—startlingly accurate. When I watch the film, it really is amazing to relive those moments. You just can't believe it. It's a very surreal experience. It's something that happens to very few people. It's a once-in-a-lifetime deal. Very few people get movies made about them, and damn near none get movies made about them, while they're still alive.

If you saw Charlie Wilson's War, read the whole story

Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse about Lost
Do we know the absolute end of the show? Yeah. We've had that in mind for quite some time. But can we hand you a script for the last episode of the show right now? No, because there are market fluctuations that we are unaware of at this point. Certain characters that you want to write more for sort of wear out their welcome sooner rather than later. New characters are introduced, and pop in unexpected ways. The essential nature of that last episode is more specifically about what the last three or four scenes are, and us working toward those has always remained pretty constant.

Chris Carter about the X Files movie

It goes right back to the time we started talking about—it's really been 16 years since the show first aired. There are kids in college now who never saw The X-Files, because they were too young, or their parents didn't let them watch it. So I think you need to reintroduce the show, the idea, and the characters to a new audience. And I don't think you can do it with a mythology episode. I think it's best done with a standalone story. But we're mindful of the characters, and the history they have together, and of that mythology, and how it relates to their personal histories. So there is, I would call it, an aspect of mythology in the show only because the characters produce that mythology.

Morgan Spurlock Interview

About his latest documentary: Where In The World Is Osama Bin Laden?. You know him from Super Size Me.

But for me, the scariest time, when you feel the most like a target, was when we were embedded with the military, because those guys are targets every day. We were with the military when there was that Taliban ambush, when they ambushed the governor's convoy. And you see the guy get killed in the movie, the Taliban guy that they shoot. There was a time when we were embedded with them when we were in a convoy, and they discovered an IED not even a kilometer in front of our convoy, and diverted the convoy, and then they went up and detonated the bomb. That was a bomb that was set for us, for this convoy. The week before we arrived, there was a mortar attack on the base. Nobody got hurt, but there was still a mortar attack. I mean, every day, those guys are putting their lives on the line, and they're heroes for what they do.
